Privacy Policy
Version of 12 October 2026.
1. Who is responsible for your data
Juggo is published by MXCOMPANION, a French SASU (single-shareholder simplified joint-stock company) with a share capital of €5,000, 28 rue de Gascogne, 59492 Hoymille, registered under number SIREN 991 918 681 (Dunkerque Trade and Companies Register), France. Contact for your data: juggoapp@outlook.com.
2. The data we process
- Your account: the identifier provided by "Sign in with Apple" and your e-mail address (or Apple's relay address if you choose to hide yours).
- Your player sheet: nickname, shirt number, position, strong foot, club or town.
- Your sessions: date, number of juggles, headers, around-the-worlds, duration, pace, points, completed challenges.
- If you agree: your best scores on the leaderboard, your public sheet (nickname, number, position, country set on your iPhone) and the video you choose to publish in the top 15.
- Your friends, challenges sent and received, your reactions to videos, players you block and your reports.
- Your subscription: the history of your subscription (trial, subscription, renewal, cancellation) is sent to RevenueCat, linked to your account identifier, to measure the app and offer you deals. It is never sold. We never receive your payment details.
- Account-free usage statistics: to see at which screen players stop and improve the app, Juggo sends small events (introduction screens seen, offer opened, subscription length chosen, trial started, purchase pending or failed, first session, account created) with a randomly drawn installation identifier, the app version and the date. No account, no name, no e-mail address, no advertising identifier: this data is not linked to your account and we do not cross-reference it. It is hosted by Supabase, used only to measure the app (our legitimate interest), and erased after 180 days. Deleting the app erases the installation identifier.
3. What stays on your iPhone
Your session videos are analysed on your iPhone. They are not sent to our servers, except the video you decide to publish. Your profile photo also stays on your iPhone.
4. Why we use this data
- To run the app and back up your progress: performance of the contract.
- Leaderboard, public sheet, published video: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time in the app.
- Moderation (reports, blocks) and security: our legitimate interest and our legal obligations.
- Subscription: performance of the contract and accounting obligations.
We do not run targeted advertising and we do not sell any data.
5. Who sees what
- Other players only see what you chose to make public: nickname, number, position, scores, published video, reactions.
- Our providers: Supabase (data hosted in the European Union, in Frankfurt), Apple (sign-in and payment) and RevenueCat, Inc. (United States; subscription tracking, with transfers covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses).
6. How long
Your data is kept as long as your account exists. If you delete your account, it is erased from our servers, including your scores and published videos. Accounting records are kept for the legal period. Account-free usage statistics (§ 2) are not linked to your account: they are not deleted with it, but after 180 days.
7. Minors
Juggo is also intended for young players. In France, under the age of 15, a parent's agreement is required for processing based on consent; the age may differ in your country. Publishing a video requires a parent's agreement for players under 15. A parent can write to us to see or delete their child's data.
8. Your rights
You can access your data, correct it, have it erased, ask for a copy, restrict or object to some processing, and withdraw your consent. In the app: Profile, then Account, to delete your account; Leaderboard, to withdraw or remove your video. For anything else, write to juggoapp@outlook.com. You can also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (in France, the CNIL, cnil.fr).
9. Security
Communications are encrypted, and each player can only read and change their own private data. If an incident affects your data, we will inform you as required by law.
10. Changes
If this policy changes significantly, we will let you know in the app.
